Born in England, Tracey began her career in 1986 at Christopher Boyton in the UK and after travelling to Australia as a backpacker in 1991, she chose to migrate to Australia permanently.

Lucas Dowling is a talented and experienced stylist who is responsible for running the Classic Cutting program for Tracey Hughes Education.
Lucas began his early hairdressing career in Queensland and joined Tracey and the Mieka Hairdressing team in 2007 where he has undergone extensive technical and leadership training.
Lucas has displayed an absolute commitment in gaining an exceptional standard of knowledge and creativity in cutting. His abilities have subsequently seen Lucas become the Principle Educator for Mieka hairdressing.
After relocating back to Queensland to become the Manager and a shareholder in the Mieka Nobby's Beach Salon, Lucas now travels between the two salons to deliver all of Mieka's training programs.

Olivia Zyneych has successfully become one of Australia's leading colourists and is responsible for running the Creative Colour program for Tracey Hughes Education.
Olivia began her career in regional Victoria and joined the MIeka Hairdressing team in 2007. Under the personal mentorship from Tracey, Olivia was coached with management training and in 2009 Olivia was promoted to Salon Manager then a year later proudly became a shareholder of Mieka in Collingwood.
Olivia believes that understanding the fundamental laws of colour in the first instance allows her to educate and support the development of colourists both through the education programs at Mieka and Tracey Hughes Education.
Olivia enjoys mentoring other colourists through workshops focusing on the principles of colour, product knowledge and creative colour placement.
